Disputes are only in writing and it is impossible to actually talk to someone that can help.
The call center staff are unable to comment and everyone just runs you round in circles.
Advised that it is a self tracking service, dispite tracking the item and raising an issue on their webchat before the item was returned and without the help of Interparcel to do anything about an issue you will be left helpless and ripped off.
Also refused a refund for the service despite no delivery service and so far no return of my item to myself.
I have been on about this about a dozen times and am told each time I would get a follow up email in 48 hours, no emails arrived.
