Restart computer not updating settings


You may have to repeat the procedure with several running processes. On reboot, search for the file in C:\Windows folder. Faulty CMOS and BIOS settings can cause startup and shutdown problems. Well there is, but it’s darn hard to find just the right one on the internet.
